I titled my post "LEAF ME ALONE" because I made a lone Maple Leaf block. It is a 12 inch finished square in beautiful fall colors of red and gold. I wanted to make more but time ran out for me. I think I'll put a border or two on it and use it for a candle mat.
I had to have cataract surgery on the 1st of October. Right now as I type this, I have one good eye and one bad eye. That kind of gets in the way of everything. It's hard to sew, read, type and most everything else. My other eye will be done on the 15th of October so I should be as good as new by the end of the month. Just in time for the Holiday Lane blog hop.
Please don't forget to visit my fellow blog hoppers to see many more beautiful fall creations.
